"?" Does it belong to K3, K4 or both? Sanborn shows the plain text briefly. While "?OBKRU..." is on the in encrypted sheet (See Number 1) it is omitted on the plaintext sheet.

Right under the "I" on the left most side should have a "?" in it, but it's blank. Unless it is offset on the far right-handed side (not in a square) Sanborn look like he didn't included this on this sheet. (Picture 1 shows the far right hand side, but is fuzzy).
